This software, including its source code, binaries, documentation, and
all associated materials (the "Software"), is the proprietary and
confidential property of ContextStream.

No license, right, or interest in the Software is granted except as
expressly set out below or in a separate written agreement with
ContextStream.

PERMITTED USE. Subject to a valid ContextStream subscription or other
written agreement, ContextStream grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to install and run unmodified
binary distributions of the Software for use with the ContextStream
service.

RESTRICTIONS. Except to the extent a restriction is unenforceable under
applicable law, you may not, and may not permit others to:
  (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the
      Software or any part of it;
  (b) distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise make the
      Software available to any third party;
  (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
      derive the source code of the Software;
  (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software; or
  (e) use the Software to build a competing product or service.

CONFIDENTIALITY. The source code of the Software is a trade secret of
ContextStream. If you obtain access to it, you must keep it
confidential and use it only as expressly authorized in writing.

TERMINATION. This license terminates automatically if you breach it.
On termination you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies
in your possession.

NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL CONTEXTSTREAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY
CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT,
TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
